Terms of Service

Draft template — not legally sufficient. This document and any related disclosures are in scope of KUN-58 and will be drafted by counsel before public launch.

1. Acceptance

By creating a Wallie account you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. What Wallie is

Wallie is a software assistant. Wallie is not a bank, a money transmitter, a wallet, or a payments processor. Wallie does not hold, pool, or move your money. Wallie reads transactions from the accounts you link through Plaid with your consent, and opens your existing payment apps (Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, your bank) with payment details pre-filled. The apps you link move the money — Wallie does not.

3. Who can use Wallie

You must be at least 18 and a U.S. resident. You are responsible for the accounts you link and the payments you authorize inside those apps.

4. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of any payment you initiate. When Wallie opens another app with details pre-filled, you confirm inside that app. Wrong-recipient sends are the responsibility of the underlying rail, not Wallie.

5. AI assistant

Wallie uses large language models to answer your questions about your linked accounts. The assistant prepares structured actions — amount, recipient, rail — which you confirm inside the rail's app. The assistant does not initiate payments on its own.

6. Prohibited uses

No money laundering, no transactions with sanctioned persons or jurisdictions, no use as a business account, no scraping or unauthorized access, no impersonation.

7. Deleting your account

You can delete your Wallie profile from the app or at getwallie.app/delete-account. When you confirm deletion we unlink your accounts and remove your profile immediately. Backups are scrubbed within 30 days.

8. Disclaimer

Wallie is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wallie disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Dispute resolution

[Counsel-drafted: arbitration clause, governing law, venue.]

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes require at least 30 days' notice by email.
